Returns Policy/ Damaged, Lost Goods



Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the goods in any way, you may return them ( No Question Asked ), this must be done within 30 days of receiving the goods. Goods must be returned at the cost of the customer and be in a resellable condition. In the event goods are sought to be returned, the buyer shall contact us for a GOODS RETURN APPROVAL ( GRA )

Please note:

  • Goods that are returned outside of the 30 day period will incur a 20% restocking fee
  • There are certain items that are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Specially ordered items will incur a 20% restocking fee even when returned within 30 days

Damaged Goods

When Products are packed at our premises, they are checked for damage, we advise that you select transit insurance at checkout as this will cover the cost of the goods if damaged or lost during transit. We will not compensate you for the goods if you do not have transit insurance

Free Return

In the event you receive a product and you change your mind, we will pay for it’s return back to us at NO CHARGE TO YOU and we shall refund the price of the product providing that:

  • Your total order is over $500
  • You notify us within 14 days from the date of purchase
  • Product needs to be in a resalable condition
  • Excludes Cable, Heavy Items, Specially ordered products
  • Only One Occurrence
