A Test Report includes all the same details as a calibration certificate see below.

A Test Report also includes;

• A table of measurements and accuracy achieved. Measurements are usually taken at 25% increments.

A calibration certificate includes the following information;

• Part number description and serial number of unit under test.
• Calibration details of the unit; input, output etc.
• Test equipment used and required accuracy for the unit to pass the test.
• Statement ; Testing equipment is traceable to Australian National Standards of measurement. This certifies that the above product was calibrated and tested in accordance with applicable procedures for this product, and met the specifications as listed in accompanying data sheet.
• Signature; I hereby certify all the above to be consistent with A.P.C.S. manufacturing standards and all information to be correct
