Professional Installation Requirements
  • Installation, battery cabinet assembly, hardwiring, commissioning and testing should be completed by a licensed electrical contractor and suitably qualified UPS technician. Installation should comply with AS/NZS 3000 and the manufacturer's instructions. The high-voltage DC battery bank must only be accessed by trained personnel.

Warranty Information

PSS Distributors' standard warranty is a 2-year return-to-base warranty from the original purchase date. Hardwired products require approved commissioning, and batteries must be operated, stored and maintained within the manufacturer's specified conditions. Extended or onsite warranty options may be available subject to the original quotation.
