Professional Installation Requirements
- Installation, programming and commissioning should be completed by a suitably qualified security installer. Electrical work, alarm cabling and any connection to building wiring must comply with applicable Australian requirements, including AS/NZS 2201.1. The integrated PSTN dialler is not suitable for current Australian landline alarm reporting without an appropriate compatible telecommunications service.

Warranty Information
Ness manufactured or supplied products are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase, subject to Ness warranty conditions. Warranty exclusions include misuse and certain damage caused by lightning strike or power surge on telephone-line-connected equipment.
