Professional Installation Requirements
- Installation, commissioning and maintenance must be performed by a licensed electrical contractor or suitably qualified electrician. Generator and switchboard connections must be designed and installed in accordance with AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS 3010, with correct phase sequence, neutral configuration, upstream short-circuit protection and manual isolation provisions.
