Professional Installation Requirements
- Installation, configuration and commissioning should be completed by a TecomC4-certified technician with the required Challenger training. Panel programming is performed using CTPlus and the licence must be registered to the TecomC4 server.

Warranty Information
TecomC4 installations were covered by a two-year warranty from the initial site licensing date, subject to installation by a certified technician. The warranty covered service packs, driver updates for licensed software and technical support, but not major-version upgrades. TecomC4 licences were discontinued for new installations from 1 October 2024.
