Professional Installation Requirements
- Installation should be completed by a suitably qualified security-system installer. Network cabling, PoE equipment, low-voltage power connections and mounting must be selected and installed in accordance with applicable Australian electrical, cabling and security-system requirements. Any mains-voltage power supply work must be performed by a licensed electrician.

Hikvision Oceania lists DeepinView network cameras among eligible premium project-oriented products for a five-year manufacturer warranty when manufactured after 1 March 2022. Eligibility should be confirmed from the product serial number and authorised Australian supply channel; older or non-qualifying units may carry the applicable standard Hikvision/distributor warranty.
