Professional Installation Requirements
- Installation must be carried out by a suitably licensed and competent hazardous-area electrical installer in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, applicable certification requirements and AS/NZS 60079.14. Correct barrier compound preparation, cable preparation, gland torque and sealing are essential to maintain Ex protection.
