Professional Installation Requirements
- Installation and commissioning should be performed by suitably qualified security and electrical personnel. Mains power connection, telephone-line connection, battery installation and alarm-system configuration must follow the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable Australian requirements, including AS/NZS 2201.1.

Ness Corporation’s standard warranty provides three years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise specified.
