Professional Installation Requirements
  • Installation, testing and commissioning must be performed by a licensed electrical contractor in accordance with AS/NZS 3000, applicable switchboard requirements and the manufacturer's instructions. Magnetic-only protection does not provide motor overload protection; a suitably coordinated thermal overload relay is required for motor applications.
