Professional Installation Requirements
  • Installation, commissioning and adjustment must be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable Australian electrical requirements. The magnetic-only trip unit provides short-circuit protection and should be coordinated with a separate overload or thermal relay for motor protection. Installation and switchboard assembly should be assessed against AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS 61439 where applicable.
