Professional Installation Requirements
  • Installation, selection of trip settings and commissioning must be performed by a licensed electrician or suitably qualified switchboard professional. The magnetic-only release does not provide thermal overload protection, so a correctly coordinated motor overload relay or electronic motor protection device is required where applicable. Installation must comply with the applicable wiring rules, fault-level calculations, manufacturer instructions and switchboard assembly requirements.
