Professional Installation Requirements
  • Installation, selection and commissioning must be performed by a licensed electrical contractor. A magnetic-only MCCB does not provide thermal overload protection by itself; motor applications require suitable coordination with a contactor and thermal overload relay or an equivalent motor protection system. Installation must comply with AS/NZS 3000, the manufacturer's instructions and applicable switchboard requirements.
