Professional Installation Requirements
  • Installation, battery connection, commissioning and maintenance must be performed by a suitably qualified electrical contractor or approved PSS technician. The hardwired UPS must be commissioned in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable Australian electrical and battery-installation requirements, including AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS 5139 where applicable.

Warranty Information

PSS standard return-to-base warranty: 2 years from the purchase date for faults in materials or workmanship, subject to installation, commissioning, operating-condition and maintenance requirements. Hardwired products must be commissioned by an approved and authorised PSS technician or contractor within four weeks of invoicing to maintain warranty coverage.
