Orders can be placed online.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
Orders are processed after full payment unless a credit facility has been granted.
Direct deposit payments must clear before dispatch.
Some products (over 1 metre long, heavy, or remote delivery) may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you to confirm before proceeding.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you promptly.
3. Payment & Pricing
Accepted payments: PayPal, Visa, Amex, MasterCard, and direct deposit.
All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Credit cards issued outside Australia are not accepted.
4. Delivery & Risk
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery is via Australia Post or selected couriers.
Transit insurance is recommended. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
The Company is not liable for third-party shipping delays.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days with prior approval and a Goods Return Authority (GRA) Number.
If you ordered incorrectly, you must cover return shipping.
If we sent the wrong item, we will cover return shipping.
Some returns may incur a 20% restocking fee; some items are non-returnable. Please confirm with us before returning goods.
6. Warranty & Faulty Products
Products are warranted to be free from defects and fit for purpose.
Faults must be reported within the warranty period with proof of licensed electrician installation (if applicable).
Faulty products will be replaced. Refunds are not provided for warranty claims.
We are not liable for improper installation or misuse.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to product replacement only.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
