- Installation, battery connection and commissioning must be performed by a licensed electrical contractor or suitably qualified UPS technician. Hardwired connection, external battery protection, isolation, earthing, ventilation and commissioning should comply with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable Australian electrical requirements, including AS/NZS 3000 and the AS 62040 series.
