Professional Installation Requirements
  • Professional installation is required. The battery bank contains hazardous DC voltage and must be assembled, connected and commissioned by suitably qualified electrical or UPS service personnel. Install in accordance with PSS instructions, applicable electrical requirements and site ventilation provisions.

PSS’s standard warranty is a 2-year return-to-base warranty from the original purchase date, subject to correct installation, operation and storage. Battery warranty coverage is conditional on operation within specification and periodic recharge during storage; transport and installation costs are generally excluded.
