Professional Installation Requirements
- Installation, interconnection, testing and commissioning must be performed by suitably qualified electrical and UPS technicians. Follow PSS instructions and applicable Australian electrical requirements, including AS/NZS 3000 and relevant UPS and stationary-battery safety requirements. Provide suitable ventilation, isolation, access control, signage and floor-load assessment. Onsite cabinet assembly is required.

PSS Distributors’ standard warranty is a 2-year return-to-base warranty from the purchase date, subject to proof of purchase, correct installation, operation within specifications and the stated warranty exclusions. Batteries must be operated and stored in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements; PSS states that stored batteries must be fully recharged at least every three months by qualified personnel for warranty coverage to apply.
