  • Installation and replacement should be carried out by a suitably qualified UPS or electrical technician. The battery bank presents a potentially hazardous 192V DC source; isolate the UPS, follow the manufacturer’s service procedure, use appropriate PPE and verify polarity and string voltage before commissioning.

PSS Distributors’ standard warranty is a 2-year return-to-base warranty from the original purchase date, subject to proof of purchase and the manufacturer’s warranty conditions. Transportation to the service centre is generally not covered. Battery life may be reduced by elevated operating temperatures.
