Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the goods in any way, you may return them ( No Question Asked ), this must be done within 30 days of receiving the goods. Goods that are returned after the 30 day period will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. Goods must be returned at the cost of the customer and be in a resellable condition. In the event goods are sought to be returned, the buyer shall contact us for a GOODS RETURN APPROVAL ( GRA )

If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, or short supplied in quantity please email us to service@schnap.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will organise for the return of the goods and arrange a credit towards your next purchase or send a replacement product. Customer will incur the cost of return postage and be credited the purchase price only

Free Return

In the event you receive a product and you change your mind, we will pay for it’s return back to us at NO CHARGE TO YOU and we shall refund the price of the product providing that:

  • Your total order is over $500
  • You notify us within 14 days from the date of purchase
  • Product needs to be in a resalable condition
  • Excludes Cable, Heavy Items, Specially ordered products
  • Only One Occurrence
